Recent Changes

I wanted to take a moment to share with you how excited I am about the new jewelry I’ve started carrying.  I now use top of the line jewelry from makers like Body Circle Designs, Industrial Strength, and NeoMetal for new and healing piercings.  This jewelry is gorgeous and made to meet the APP’s Standards for Initial Piercings .  Every piece is precisely machined from biocompatable materials and polished to a brilliant finish.  That translates to beautiful jewelry with more durability (no balls or gems coming loose), and most importantly, significantly better healing.  I’ve also switched most of our 16 gauge jewelry to threadless components, making it much easier to change on your own.

Recent visitors to the website may have noticed that, along with this great new jewelry I have slightly increased piercing prices.  Please don’t let it freak you out.  The changes are small considering the quantum leap in jewelry quality I’ve made.  With so many piercing shops around I strive to keep my prices competitive, but I just don’t feel right about cutting any corners when it comes to something as important as a fresh piercing. I am confident that once you experience this new jewelry,  you won’t be willing to settle for less.

I am constantly getting in new jewelry for healed piercings as well.  I recently added new plugs, hanging styles, septum clickers, and microdermal tops.  Stop by soon to take a look.  While you’re here you can check out the new line of aftercare products for tattoos and piercings: Naked All Natural Aftercare! I am excited because this line provides a natural alternative to many other aftercare products on the market.  These products contain no synthetic perfumes or dyes (a common cause of allergies and contact dermatitis), they are free of harsh chemicals that have been identified as being harmful (No sulfates! No parabens! No formaldehyde!) and they’re great for sensitive skin types!   I am passionate about what I do and I am always happy to share information and answer questions about suggested aftercare methods, as well as jewelry and general piercing concerns. Feel free to get a hold of me via e-mail, phone, or in person!

I want to thank everyone who has already been pierced with the new jewelry and the blog readers for taking the time to let me share my excitement. The piercing industry is constantly evolving and making improvements, as am I, and you all are the driving force!  Seriously, I have the best clients, it’s you guys that make me love my job.
