If you know which artist you want to schedule with, contact them directly using one of the methods listed on their bio page.  If you do not know which or do not have a preference of artist, you may send an email to our general scheduling email account at schedule@kyklops.com.

Either way, you should include the following:

• Your name and contact info

• A description of the tattoo would like to get

• Reference pictures if applicable 

• The size you would like to get it

• Where on your body you want it placed

• The preferred date or dates you would like to have it done

• Your budget if you have one for your tattoo

Some artists will have availability within a week or so, but others may be booked out further, or they may use a books-open/books-closed system in which they book several months of appointments at certain times throughout the year.  Each artist’s bio page and or personal website will have more info on their specific process.
