Erin Hosfield
Erin Hosfield has been tattooing since 2006, after receiving her BA in Fine Art from California University of Pennsylvania. Her illustrative style frequently centers around various botanicals and pet portraits, though she enjoys a wide variety of subject matter in both color and black and gray.
Peter J Larkin III
Peter J Larkin III began tattooing in 2004 and became a pillar of the Kyklops family in 2009. Pete’s signature style of tattooing can be described as illustrative traditional, with focus on neon and classic color palettes.
Derrick Porter
Derrick is a local tattooer raised in Sewickley, PA. Born into a tattoo family, he first worked the desk at his father’s shop and eventually moved to the south side taking the shop manager position at Kyklops. After years on the business side, Derrick made the move to an artist and apprenticed under Pete Larkin.
Trevor Howells
With 10 years of experience in tattooing under his belt, Trevor does a little bit of everything. He loves tattooing colorful traditional work, and woodcut-style designs most of all, but he's down for just about anything.
Jess Scutella
Jess Scutella, a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, is a multi-talented artist actively engaged in tattooing, painting, musical production, and writing. They are gender non-conforming and use they/them pronouns, proudly representing the LGBTQIA+ community. Currently based in Pittsburgh’s Southside at Kyklops Tattoo, Jess draws inspiration from classic American and Japanese tattoo aesthetics, continuously honing their craft since 2014. Alongside tattooing, they hold a master’s degree in Business from Penn State and have a rich background in the music industry as a professional drummer. Their literary works, including poetry collections, reflect their creative journey and commitment to social connection. Jess welcomes inquiries about their diverse artistic pursuits.
Jeff Sotace
Jeff Sotace is a Pittsburgh native from Penn Hills. He began tattooing in 2017 and specializes in colorful, illustrative neotraditional, and Japanese-style tattooing. He enjoys a variety of subject matter, including florals, animals, Japanese imagery, skulls, dragons, and girl heads.
David Montoya
After a guest spot at Kyklops, in 2023, David moved all the way from California to be our black & gray realism specialist. He’s good at all kinds of tattooing but is known for the realism. When he’s not tattooing, he’s busy being a handsome dad.
